 La sophrologie

La sophrologie est une discipline qui aide à développer des capacités de gestion active du stress et des émotions négatives et vise à renforcer l'individu.

 

La sophrologie a été créée en 1960 par un neuropsychiatre colombien, le professeur Alfonso Caycedo.


La sophrologie est la science de la conscience et des valeurs de l’existence.

La Sophrologie et la relaxation rassemblent plusieurs techniques à visée préventive et thérapeutique.

Basées sur la maîtrise de la respiration, le relâchement musculaire, la détente mentale, la visualisation et la gestion dynamique de la pensée, elles permettent de retrouver un meilleur équilibre physique et psychologique, en se nourrissant de ses ressources personnelles.

Une alliée précieuse du mieux-être

La simplicité et la puissance de ces techniques en ont fait des méthodes de première importance dans la gestion du stress, des troubles psychosomatiques et dans l’accompagnement d’une démarche de bien-être et de développement personnel et professionnel.

La sophrologie pour tous

Les exercices proposés sont adaptés à vos besoins et à vos possibilités. Chaque séance est précédée d’un entretien durant lequel le déroulé de la séance vous est présenté et nous le validons ensemble. Vous n’avez plus qu’à vous laisser accompagner par ma voix.

A son aise

La sophrologie se pratique dans une tenue confortable permettant une respiration aisée dans les trois postures : assis, debout ou allongé. Vous vous installerez à votre aise de manière à pouvoir vivre confortablement et donc pleinement la séance.

Un moment pour soi

Le temps s’arrête. Tout du moins, il est juste pour vous. Vous vous arrêtez pour vous concentrer sur vos sensations, vos ressentis, vos états d’âme. Vous n’êtes plus un fagot entrainé par le vent. Ce temps est le temps qu’il vous faut pour relativiser les choses et pendre le recul nécessaire.

Relaxant

Vous venez vous libérer de tout ce qui fait barrage au mouvement fluide de votre vie. Vivre le ici et maintenant concentré sur sa respiration, détendre le corps. Se libérer des tensions calme l’agitation des pensées et procure un profond bien-être, une paix intérieure.

Soyez vous-même, prenez votre place

Vous renforcez la confiance en soi et vous apprenez à prendre votre place (affirmation de soi), à mieux vivre en groupe.

Renforcement du positif

La sophrologie est basée sur le principe selon lequel toute action positive dirigée vers le corps (détente musculaire) ou vers le mental (visualisation positive) à une répercussion positive sur l’être tout entier. La sophrologie va renforcer les éléments positifs de votre passé, de votre présent et de votre futur.

Un regard différent

Au travers des exercices proposés en sophrologie, vous apprenez à vivre les choses pour ce qu’elles sont, sans les juger ni les interpréter. A terme, vous apprendrez à développer une pensée positive, à cristalliser davantage sur les choses réussies et présentes plutôt que sur ce qui devrait être et qui n’est pas ou plus.

Une découverte de soi

Par la sophrologie, vous apprenez à mieux vous connaître, à identifier vos émotions, vos comportements, vos croyances. C’est un outil de développement personnel qui vous permet de vous réaliser et de développer vos potentiels.

Remboursée par certaines mutuelles


De plus en plus de mutuelles prennent en charge la sophrologie. La Chambre Syndicale de la Sophrologie a dressé une liste des mutuelles concernées.

PARKING


Parking including the site entrance fee to High Lodge will cost £3.00 maximum all day, per car. The parking code will be available nearer the date.




KEY INFORMATION


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • The run route will be an illuminated forest

Final lap starts at 21:55 EVENT REGISTRATION
This will now be at the far end of the main event field at High Lodge. Just follow the light.
At registration you will be issued with your race number and timing tag. Please bring with
your email entry confirmation. Your race number must be displayed clearly on your front for the duration of the race. Please bring safety pins. Your timing tag must be secured to the top of your shoe using the twist ties provided. Anyone not displaying a race number will be asked to leave the course.
TRANSFERS
Transfers can be done through your Race Roster account. Transfers at £2.20 and need to
be completed 5 days prior to race day.
MERCHANDISE
You can purchase T-shirts through the online registration. T-shirts need to be collected on
the event day at registration. KEY DROP
We will provide a key drop at registration. Your car should be parked near-by, so we
suggest your bags get left in your car. If you have nowhere else to leave your bag it can be
left at the Key Drop.
MEDICS
There will be a professional medical team on site. The medical positions will be at the start
finish area. Medical trained staff will be on the course.
EVENT BRIEFING
A briefing will take place at 19:55 near the start/finish line. All competitors must attend. Any queries about the event must be raised at this time with the Event Director.
RULES 1. This race is organised by WR Events Limited trading, as Inspire Races. None of its staff,
sponsors, suppliers or agents will be liable for any injury, loss or expense which may
arise as a consequence of your participation in this event.
2. Entry to this race is personal to each applicant and once issued, race numbers may not
be sold or transferred unless through the active online registration software. Any runner
who passes their race number to another runner is liable for sanctions and any runner
who competes while wearing another runner’s race number will be disqualified and is
liable for sanctions.
3. Once you have paid for your entry there can be no refund if you are subsequently unable to take part in this race. However, you may defer your place to next year’s race, this needs to be done before 5 days prior to the event, Please contact
info@inspireraces.co.uk for more information. 4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel applications, including duplicate applications, or
alter the date of the event, the course route or distance. 5. Entrants to this race undertake not to take part unless they are medically fit to run a 10k. 6. All runners are required to complete the contact and medical details on the back of their
race number. This is a requirement of participation and may be checked by race officials
prior to the start. 7. Race numbers must be pinned securely to the front of your running top using a safety
pin in each corner. Timing chips much be secured firmly to the laces of one of your
running shoes using the ties provided by us on race day. 8. Any keys left in the key drop area are stored at the owner’s risk. 9. Race marshals and medical team members have the authority to disqualify and remove
any runner they consider to be acting dangerously, or to be unfit to compete. 10. Runners are required to report any casualties immediately to the nearest first aid post or race marshal. 11. Individual prizes will be awarded as listed on the website ww.inspireraces.co.uk. These
will be announced on the day following the event and posted out. 12. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Race Referee shall be final. 13. A headtorch/chest torch must be worn during the event as there are areas of dark
within the forest.
EVENT DETAILS
The course is a 3km route, which you are allowed to do as many laps as you can within a 2hour time frame. You must have started your final lap before the 2 hours is up from the start of the race.
The route starts at the back of the main event field at High Lodge. It then follows wide fire
lanes. The course will be well signed with highly visible arrows and marshalled. The race
map will be available from the Inspire Races website two weeks prior to the race This is a
trail event and as such the terrain will be uneven, and could contain hazards such as tree
roots, fallen branches etc. The route is all on forestry commission land and we therefore ask you to refrain from dropping any litter.
There will be a water station at the start finish area.
Please make sure you are prepared for the weather.
All finishers will receive a medal.
We may record your race number at various points along the route, so please keep it visible on your front and shout it out if asked.
Marshals will be situated along the route and will summon first aid if required. Please let a
marshal or race official know if you decide to withdraw from the event at any point after
registering on the day.
Please treat all marshals, race officials, organisers, volunteers and other competitors with
respect and follow their instructions.
Spectators are welcome. We ask that spectators only stay within the start area as we wish
the running route to be clear of additional obstacles. High Lodge is a family venue and
therefore there are many activities to keep you interested throughout the day.
RESULTS
Full results will available at www.chiptiminguk.co.uk on the following day. Trophies will be
posted out to the winners. Trophies will be awarded for the most laps in the quickest time
for female and male seniors and female and male juniors.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Above Air Media will be taking official photographs. These will be available to view via the
Inspire Races Facebook site. Higher quality images will be available to purchase after the
event.
